Hi I’m Amy, I teach weekly prenatal yoga classes suitable for women in trimesters 2 & 3. No previous yoga experience required.
I also teach mum and baby yoga in the day and evening postnatal mum only yoga classes, suitable for women 6-12 weeks postnatal depending on your babys birth. Again no previous yoga experience required.
