MAMABABYBLISS BABY YOGA
Baby Yoga has so many benefits and is great fun for both you and your baby. The classes include a little stretch first for parents leading into a fun dry massage routine for the babies and then our baby yoga routine, consisting of a range of baby exercises (with lots of lovely songs!) such as gentle stretching, swings, dips and movements to help babies strengthen core muscles, aid balance and develop coordination. Many of the moves can also help strengthen the digestive system aiding digestion, wind and colic, digestion. Then at the end of each session there is a relaxation sequence for mothers and babies which is just beautifully relaxing or playtime for the older babies
