Using the best techniques from CBT, hypnotherapy, applied psychology and neuro linguistic programming, I support women and couples to build their confidence, self-esteem and find connection and balance in life again.
My focus when supporting women is on tackling anxiety, depression, trauma or overwhelm to help them find their feet in pregnancy, birth and motherhood, gain emotional balance and move them away from the massive highs and lows, worries and anxieties they are experiencing. By the end of my 1-1 programme, The Reset, they move into a place that feels more comfortable, secure and content, and where they feel seen, heard, understood, empowered and simplify their lives, and prepare for motherhood, free from fear, worry and doubt.
With couples therapy work, my Relationship Reboot programme helps couples to come out of crisis and conflict mode, and reconnect, feel more like a team again that can communicate with ease, share their worries without fear or rejection, and work towards a future where family life is more harmonious and settled.
