If you’re looking for a baby class or toddler class to inspire and entertain your little one, Mish Mash Music is here for you!

For over a decade these warm and wonderful St Albans baby and toddler classes (6 months- starting school) have been making those precious early years with little ones even more fun.

Bond with your little one as they develop social, creative and emotional skills, making music together with with the kind and gentle help of musician, mum and teacher, Ruth. Ruth has created a wonderful syllabus of handcrafted songs that she plays using guitar, flutes, African (djembe) drums.

Little ones join in on a wonderful array of instruments, playing with puppets, dancing with our rainbow parachute, colourful ribbons and so much more.

Our independent classes are small, super-creative groups that are relaxed enough for parents to enjoy too. And many parents say that the beautiful songs are still a part of their lives many years on.

We are located in the lovely St Michael’s Parish Centre, just by the carpark for Verulamium Park museum. Parents often get together for a cuppa in the park cafe before or after class – so if you’re looking to meet other parents, it’s a great way to make new connections.

Classes for babies 6 months – 2 years happen Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.25am
Classes for older ones from 2 years – starting school happen Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.40am

We book termly but you can start part way through the term if there is still space. Classes work out at £10/session with extra siblings at very discounted rates (in fact babies are free until they are 10 months old)

Going to a new class can be daunting, but Ruth always makes each parent feel relaxed, however shy or boisterous their little one is.
