The Nature.Nurture.Love Baby Yoga classes involve both you and baby you will be doing stretches and yoga positions. The sessions are fun and teach you great techniques to do at home. You will also learn breathing techniques to help you relax and unwind at the end of a busy day.
Each weekly session is different and includes –
* Warm up for you
* Warm up for baby
* Yoga for baby
* Yoga positions for you and baby
* Ending with Relaxation
Includes mantras, nursery rhymes, bubbles, lights, and sensory activities that change each session.
