Nemo AquaNatal – (12 weeks pregnant +) Start your Nemo’s journey in a fun, safe and structured session, where you can exercise supported by the water which aids buoyancy and creates a weightless environment where expectant mothers can stretch, breathe and exercise for a comfortable work out for you and your little Nemo.
Nemo Babies – (0-18months) Our baby swimming lessons are suitable for babies aged up to 18 months, and provide the perfect environment for you to bond with your baby, build your baby’s confidence in the water, and socialise with other new parents. With fun exercises, songs to sing, and plenty of time to enjoy the water together, these baby swimming classes are an ideal way to make lasting memories as parent and child. Our friendly, expert teachers will be in the pool with you, helping to safely introduce your baby to the water, and helping them start their journey towards being confident swimmers.
Nemo Toddlers – (18-36 months) Our toddler swimming lessons, designed for children aged 18-36 months, encourage toddlers and their grown ups to discover the fun of playing and swimming in the water together. Our expert instructors are on hand at all times to support you through our carefully designed toddler swimming programme, teaching water safety as well as enjoyment. Focusing on breathing, supported swimming and, of course, having lots of fun, our toddler swimming classes encourage your child to begin the process of swimming independently – an exciting step for both parent and child.
Nemo Preschool – (3 years+) Developed specifically for children aged 3-4 years old, our pre-school swimming lessons are the perfect way for your little Nemo to gain further confidence and independence in the water. Building on the earlier stages of the Nemo Swimming Journey, these pre-school swimming classes focus on the more technical aspects of swimming, such as body position and breathing techniques. At this stage, grown ups will watch their child from the side of the pool, providing support and encouragement as they flourish into safe, strong, and independent swimmers.
