Classical Mat based Pilates.
The classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. I offer a range of different variations and alternatives to exercises to make it easier or harder so you can work at your own pace. I can tailor exercises to your needs if you have specific injuries you are working with.
Let me know before you come to class if you have any injuries or illnesses I need to be aware of.
I bring mats, blocks, bands and belts so you are welcome to use my equipment if you don’t have your own.
Wear comfortable loose clothing, bare feet or socks.
Bring some water to drink.

Suitable for injury rehabilitation, back pain, sciatica, slipped disc, osteoporosis and arthritis.
Classes are ‘drop in’ just pay on the day.
I currently don’t have availability for pregnant ladies in the classes but I am happy for post-natal ladies to join the class.
The Ladies Only Pilates class on Tuesdays at 9.30am is run during term only, you don’t have to commit to the whole term it is still pay as you go so you’re welcome any time. Over sixteens only, some allowances can be made for children joining mom at the Ladies Only class. If your child is under sixteen and wants to take part please get in touch with me to discuss this. Please feel free to bring young children with you whilst you do this class, I would prefer quiet well behaved children so it is not disruptive to the rest of the group!!
