Our pregnancy classes focus on reducing pregnancy related aches and pains. Ensuring your pelvic floor and tummy muscles are protected. They are educational as well as giving you a good work out, preparing your body for labour and helping with recovery.
Our postnatal classes provide option to work out with your baby alongside or have some alone time in the evening class. These classes will give you everything you need to recover from pregnancy and delivery. There is a lot of focus on restoring your pelvic floor and tummy muscles but still getting an all over workout. Most importantly the classes will promote SAFE exercise in the postnatal phase.
We also have a wide variety of classes once you feel strong enough to progress on your Pilates journey. One-one assessment and tailored made sessions are available for those who require a little more support. The teaching is of the highest standard and with all the knowledge from our Physiotherapy backgrounds, you are in good hands.
