After having my youngest son, my interest and attitude to all things sleep changed completely. My eldest daughter Amelie (3) was a brilliant sleeper and after the newborn stage slept really well. My son Rafael (1) decided sleep just wasn’t for him and so began my journey into the world of sleep science.
My son never slept for longer than an hour at a time and wouldn’t sleep anywhere but on me, the sleep deprivation was intense. I was also breastfeeding so my husband struggled to know how to help us. After discovering sleep training and being amazed by how just small changes can make a huge difference, my son was quickly sleeping through the night, in his cot and is now the best sleeper in the house!
I am passionate about helping others improve their child’s sleep habits, I always look for the cause and work on an individual solution for that child. My method is grounded in emotional well being and sleep science resulting in tailored plans.
