Here at Sweaty Mama, we are committed to making exercise available to all post-natal mums in an environment where they feel happy and comfortable. Our exercise classes involve the use of your child allowing you to bond with them and exercise freely without having to arrange childcare. Sweaty Mama classes are fun, gritty, and specifically designed by Post Natal fitness experts to help you get fit and restabilise your core, all whilst bonding with your little one!
