The Calm Births courses combine Hypnobirthing techniques and antenatal education.
On completion of the course, you will have an understanding of the physical changes that occur in your body during labour and the impact of a positive mindset can significantly reduce fear and improve your experience of childbirth.
You will learn to embrace the changes as you progress through your labour and feel empowered by the strength of your mind and body. Remaining in a relaxed state of mind will keep oxytocin flowing through your body to ensure your labour moves positively.
The tools we teach you for relaxation, visualisation and breathing, along with light touch massage for your birthing partner, will support and empower you to achieve a calm birth.
