The Land of Legends Waterpark Review, Turkey
Here I am with an honest Land of Legends Waterpark review. Now, first of all, I wanted to share that we very nearly booked this hotel for our trip to Antalya but decided to book a more luxury type hotel for the whole family and booked The Titanic Mardan Palace Hotel instead, you can read our full Titanic Mardan Palace review here.
We love our children and family time dearly, but I didn’t think we could handle how full on this park is for kids for our week’s holiday. I get major sensory overload and need downtime sometimes, so visiting here for the day was the next best option for us.
Our hotel was all-inclusive, so we didn’t mind venturing out halfway through our break and spending some money.
I wanted to share my honest Land of Legends theme park review because tickets are not cheap and holidays are precious, so hopefully, this review will help you decide if visiting the Land of Legends Theme park is actually worth it.
I want to add that this review is my honest review, I was not paid for this review, it is not a sponsored review, I purchased the tickets for this amusement park just like everyone else.
Wifi at Land of Legends
The wifi wasn’t great in this park when we visited, it may have improved since, but I wanted to share this so you are prepared to make alternative arrangements if it is needed ahead of your visit.
When Visting this Theme Park Don’t Forget…

Price of Admission Ticket at The Land of Legends Theme Park and Water Park
Now the price to come to The Land of Legends theme park for the day is expensive. If you are coming to Antayla on a tight budget, this might not be the place for you. If that is the case, fear not, we have created another article on Unforgettable things to do in Antalya with your family.
The price when we went was 268 euros, that is 100 euros for myself 100 euros for my husband and 68 euros for my son.
My daughter Olivia-Grace was free (under 4’s go free)
The opening hours were 10 – 6pm
What can you take into the Legends Kingdom?
My little girl is 18 months so doesn’t eat the same food as a fully grown adult just yet, I prepacked some snacks for her as well as some cans of coke for us, and we got these taken off us. I didn’t mind the cans so much, but when it came to the baby snacks, I was really disappointed.
The Loading of the wristband.
This came as a shock to us, we were at the park for the day and in the evening, we had a table booked at the Nemo Restaurant (check out our guide on the 13 best places to eat in Antalya) We brought a change of clothes for us in the evening plus a few extra bits and we needed a locker so we headed to the locker room only to see that our wristband had to be loaded with cash to use throughout the day.
The locker is 200 Lira for hire and we had to go to a separate desk to load up the wristband. The wristband was our debit card for the day.
You use your wristband to buy drinks, food and snacks during the day. You have no idea how much you are using each time as no receipts are given with the remaining balance, so it is a good idea to keep a note on your phone so it matches up OK and you know exactly where you stand.
The Popular Attractions Land of Legends Theme Park
We started our day heading to the theme park, thanks to it being term time for most kids it was fairly quiet. It was 30 degrees and the beginning of June, if it was much hotter or much busier I think we would have struggled to get around the theme park without a fast pass.
George, my 7-year-old, is 115cm, so missed out on the bigger rides he wanted to go on (these were for 130cm and above) , but he still managed to get on a few good ones.
Olivia-Grace my daughter, really loved the Masha and the bear area, there were a few water bits around there and also Masha’s house that was fully air-conditioned.
There is a 5d cinema with some showings throughout the day as well as a dolphin show and an indoor soft play area which is perfect for the little ones in the hot weather.
I must be honest, it was a struggle to walk around this park on a 30-degree day so we spend most of the day in the waterpark instead.
There are lots of parts to this huge park, including the following;
Masha and the Bear area
Adventure Land
Aqua Land
Tropic Lagoon
The Water Park at Land of Legends
The wave shock pool is incredible and a great place to set up a base. Sun beds are free, and you can sit here just like by a pool throughout the day.
Olivia-Grace had a sleep in her pram, and George and Daddy went in the wave pool whilst I sunbathed and wrote this review. In fact, I am sitting here as I type this, and the two boys are off having the times of their lives on my go pro for the youtube video.
The other pools you could go to with little ones are;
Wild river
Jakuzi
Activity Pool
Infinity pool
Float Rider (for older kids)
The Slides at the Aquapark
There were also tons of other amazing slides at this waterpark, including;
The Windstream
The Challenger
Deep Dive
Space Rocket
Family Floats
Magicone
Tower Falls
Sea Voyager
Starship
Rafting Rapids
Abyss
Kids Play
George absolutely loved the waterslides and managed to get on quite a few with his dad, his favourite part of the park was the Shock Wave Pool, the water temperature was cool and exactly what we needed on a hot day like that. Olivia-Grace loved the shallow bit of the wave pool too.
Food at the Water park
There are plenty of choices when it comes to food, they have an area dedicated to food called the “Fast & Good” area.
You can grab any of the following meals;
Meatballs
Pasta
Chicken
Sandwiches
Hamburgers
I must admit the language barrier between staff and the English was quite a challenge, we did end up having to get the manager a few times so they could translate what we wanted, but I can’t speak a different language, so it isn’t a criticism but just something to bare in mind.
Overall review of The Land of Legends Water Park
This park is absolutely amazing for kids and a real treat. A real family-friendly day out full of popular rides and even a great place for small kids (under 4’s too). We are really glad we came here, it was an amazing experience.
If we booked this for the Summer holiday I would definitely opt for the fast pass. In total, we spent 368 euros in the park, and we didn’t get loads by any means. We actually shared a chicken box for lunch because we ate so much for breakfast and we just got a few drinks throughout the day.
As far as parks go I would rate this park a huge 8 out of 10, taking our babies snacks off her at the entrance did annoy me, especially if a family have saved to come here for the day and wanted to bring some snacks as they couldn’t afford much more.
There is so much to do, though and the kids loved it, if you get a chance, try and book in at the fabulous Nemo Restaurant nearby and have a walk around the Land of Legends kingdom at night, the area is beautiful.
The shopping avenue is absolutely amazing, so even if you don’t enjoy the daytime, you have to check out the shopping area and shows they have on at night, these are free so if you don’t fancy the theme park you can visit here at night and have a walk around.
